Vice President of Operations

Location: This role is onsite only at SewerAI Corporation, 2815 Mitchell Dr. Ste 215 WalnutCreek, CA 94598.

Duties: Manage day-to-day operations and lead, develop, and coach the operations team. Recruit, hire and train new data analytics team members. Evaluate existing operations and technology, identify opportunities for optimizations and data integrations, and drive improvements. Drive transformative business and technology solutions, administer processes and measurable performance goals. Provide analytical support and direct operational planning and execution to the team, including drivingP&L and budgeting. Analyze and leverage business data and analytics, build dashboards, identify patterns and provide data insight reports to leadership to drive business decisions and success metrics. Analyze proposals and statement of works from a technical and business perspective. Manage all executive-level and vendor communications.

Requirements: Master of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics or similar, and 24 months experience as an Operations Manager or related operations management role managing teams in various business analytics functions.

Salary: $109,054 / year  Hours:  Full Time, 40 hours/week
